Payments for services are due as specified in your service agreement. Advertising budgets are paid directly to platforms (Meta/Google) or as agreed upon.

4. Liability

While we strive for maximum ROI, advertising performance depends on market factors beyond our control. Adzen Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets developed for clients remain the property of Adzen Media until final payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
